Tumul Social Fundamental Development Society Is Registered as Non-Political and Non-Profit Making Organization, Under Societies Registration Act of 1973 Section 13, Sub Section 2. . It Is Registered Under Section 12-A and 80-G of Income Tax Act and Also Under Epf and Tds. the Organization Is Governed by A7 Member Team. 

The Governing Board of Tumul Meets from Time to Time, to Review, Suggest New Changes, Steer the Activities and to Take Policy Decisions, in Order to Achieve the Desired Goal of the Association. the President of the Society Is Also the Chief Executive, Responsible for Execution of All the Affairs and Activities, Including Day-To-Day Administration. the Organization Has a Well Developed Personnel as Well as Finance Policy.

What We Do

We Aim to Provide Economical Stability to the Women in This Cluster Who Are Skilled and Already Involved in Stitching Activities, Primarily as Job Work, with Infrastructure and Machinery Which Enables Value Addition, Diversifies Their Product Portfolio, at the Same Time Giving Them Control of the Marketing and Branding of Their Own Products. Effectively in This Cluster We Aim to Establish a Small Apparel Cluster Which Will Prove to Be a Backbone Towards Income Generation for the Women Involved in the Cluster and at the Same Time It Will Also Involve More Women and Generate Further Employment Opportunities for Marginalized Women in the Cluster as Well as the Villages Around the Cluster.

Our Vision

To Promote Social Justice Through the Provision and Distribution of Holistic Health Care for Hiv, Aids, Tb  Related Issues, and Women Empowerment Via Awareness Programs and Giving the Women of Today the Opportunity to Build an Independent Life.

Broad Objectives of the Organization

• To promote and strengthen the member organizations for their optimum participation in community health (HIV-Aids, TB, ).
• To promote and maintain liaison and encourage good working relationship among member NGOs and all relevant and related civil, Government, National and International Agencies.
• To raise funds for the establishment and working of the Association by accepting contributions.
• Prioritize and work for policy intervention through advocacy and campaign.
• To raise funds, accepts donations, do income generating activities, etc. to achieve the objectives of the organization.
• Conduct awareness programs for women empowerment where they will be given training and employment opportunity.
• Skill development Training for training of the un-skilled artisans.
